適應症：風濕性關節炎、風濕熱、骨關節炎、風濕性脊椎炎、氣喘、過敏性疾病。
Usual dose: PO with meals
Adult: 5-60 mg qd or divided.
Asthma:
Pediatric: 0.5-4 mg/kg/day divided q6-12h.
Anti-inflammatory:
Pediatric: 0.1-2 mg/kg/day divided q6-24h.
Contraindication: systemic fungal infections.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypertension, atrophic condition of skin, finding of skin healing impaired, decreased body growth, disorder of gastrointestinal tract, at risk for infection, depression, euphoria.
Serious: cushing’s syndrome, hyperglycemia, primary adrenocortical insufficiency, osteoporosis, cataract, glaucoma, pulmonary tuberculosis.
