TPROC1 “Proctosedyl ointment”
Each gm contains cinchocaine HCl 5 mg, hydrocortisone 5 mg; 15 gm/tube.
TPROC2 “Proctosedyl suppository”
Each pill contains cinchocaine HCl 5 mg, hydrocortisone 5 mg.
適應症：痔瘡、肛門周圍炎、肛門龜裂。
Usual dose:
Adult: Topically, apply topically to affected areas 3-4 times/day; do not exceed more than 1 tube (1 ounce) in 24 h. Rectally, 1 supp in the morning and night and after each bowel evacuation.
Adverse effect:
Skin rash, contact dermatitis, impaired skin healing, skin atrophy, telangiectasiae, ecchymoses, and increased risk of infection.
