Hormones and Agents Affecting Hormonal Mechanism: Estrogens, Progestins, Contraceptives and Related Agents
IPROG4 “Progesterone injection” 25 mg/ml; 1 ml/amp
TCRIN1 “Crinone vaginal gel” 8%; 90mg/gel
適應症：
IPROG2：月經異常、機能性子宮出血、習慣性流產。
OUTRO2：
婦科：1.黃體素不足造成失調：主要為經前症候群，因異常排卵或停 止排卵引起的經期不規則，良性乳腺病，停經前期症狀；2.更年期治療（雌激素療法的輔助藥品）；3.黃體期障礙造成不孕。
產科：1.預防因黃體期障礙造成習慣性流產；2.陰道途徑給藥：因黃體期障礙引起初級或次級不孕（主要用於排卵困難，作人工受孕或卵子捐贈時的黃體期補充）。
TCRIN1: 配合實施人工生殖體外受精之不孕症治療(具正常排卵週期，因輸卵管、自發性或子宮內膜異位引起之不孕症)。
Usual dose:
Abnormal uterine bleeding unrelated to menstrual cycle: 5-10 mg IM daily for 6 doses.
Endometrial hyperplasia; Prophylaxis: 200 mg PO at bedtime for 12 sequential days per 28-day cycle to postmenopausal women with a uterus who are receiving daily conjugated estrogens.
Assisted reproductive technology; Adjunct – Female infertility: 90 mg (8% gel) VAGINALLY once or twice daily; if pregnancy occurs, continue treatment until placental autonomy, up to 10 to 12 weeks.
Contraindication:
Breast cancer, cerebral apoplexy, genital cancer, liver disease, missed abortion, thromboembolic disorders, thrombophlebitis, undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding.
Adverse effect:
Common: abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, viral disease, cramp, dizziness, headache, sleep disorder, somnolence, breast tenderness, depression.
Serious: cerebrovascular accident, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis, cholecystectomy, breast cancer, excisional biopsy of breast, thrombosis of retinal artery, venous thromboembolism, dementia, ectopic pregnancy, pulmonary embolism, breast cancer.
