Antidotes in Poisoning : Specific Antidotes
IPROT1 “Protamine injection” 10 mg/ml; 5 ml/vial.
適應症:中和過量的heparin。
Usual dose:
Heparin overdose:
Adult: 1 mg IV for every 100 U of heparin remaining in p’t; if 30 min have elapsed since the injection of heparin one-half the dose may be sufficient, max. 50 mg given over 10 min.
Pediatric: within 30 min since last dose of heparin therapy, 1 mg IV for every 100 U of heparin received; between 30 and 60 min since last dose of heparin therapy, 0.5-0.75 mg for every 100 U of heparin received; between 60 and 120 min since the last dose of heparin, 0.375-0.5 mg per every 100 U of heparin received; >120 min since the last dose of heparin, 0.25-0.375 mg per every 100 U of heparin received; max. dose 50 mg, not exceeding 5 mg/min in a concentration of 10 mg/ml.
Adverse effect:
Common: flushing, nausea, vomiting, dyspnea.
Serious: bradyarrhythmia, hypotension, anaphylactoid reaction, circulatrory collapse, capillary leak, noncardiogenic pulmonary edema, anaphylaxis.
