OPYRA1 “Pyrazinamide” 500 mg/tab
適應症：肺結核及其他之結核症。
Usual dose:
Adult: 15-30 mg/kg/day qd, max. 2 g/day; 50-70 mg/kg/dose twice/wk, max. 4 g/dose; 50-70 mg/kg/dose 3 times/wk, max. 3 g/dose.
Pediatric: 15-30g/kg/day qd, max.2 g/day; 50-70 g/kg/dose twice/wk, max. 4 g/dose; 50-70 mg/kg/dose 3 times/wk, max. 6 g/dose.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: dosage reduction to 12-20 mg/kg/day or 40 mg/kg 3 times/wk or 60 mg/kg twice/wk.
Adverse effect:
Common: hyperuricemia, nausea, vomiting, arthralgia.
Serious: anemia, hepatotoxicity.
