Neurologic Drugs : Myasthenia Gravis
OANTI7 “Antilon tablet” 60 mg/tab
適應症:重症肌無力。
Usual dose:
Myasthenia gravis:
Adult: average, 600 mg daily, spaced to provide maximum relief when maximum strength is needed.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: lower doses may be required; base treatment on titration of drug dosage to effect.
Contraindication:
Mechanical intestinal obstruction, urinary obstruction.
Adverse effect:
Common: diaphoresis, diarrhea, excessive salivation, increased peristalsis, nausea and vomiting, stomach cramps, cramp, muscle fasciculation, asthenia, miosis, excessive bronchial secretion.
Serious:bradyarrhythmia, cholinergic crisis.
