IPYRI1 “Pyridoxal phosphate injection” 10 mg/ml; 2 ml/amp
適應症：急、慢性濕疹、蕁麻疹、皮膚搔癢症、口角炎、口唇炎、舌炎、維他命Ｂ缺乏症
Usual dose:
Isoniazid toxicity (> 10 g isoniazid ingested): IV/IM
Adult: IV 4 g followed by 1 g IM q30min, to an amount equal to the number of gm of isoniazid ingested.
Pyridoxine deficiency, drug-induced:
Adult: 100 mg/day IV/IM for 3 wks, followed by 30 mg/day PO.
Convulsions, intractable:
Pediatric (infants): 100-200 mg IV/PO; if clinical response, follow with PO pyridoxine, 2-200 mg/day indefinitely.
Adverse effect:
Common: paresthesias, somnolence, lowered serum folic acid.
