Neurologic Drugs : Parkinsonism
ORAKI1 Rakinson tablet” 1 mg/tab
適應症：治療原發性巴金森氏症（PD）病患的單一治療藥劑（不合併使用 Levodopa），或做為輔助治療藥劑與 Levodopa 同時投予。
Usual dose:
Parkinson’s disease：
Monotherapy or adjunct therapy; not taking levodopa:1 mg orally once daily; do not exceed 1 mg/day.
Concomitant levodopa, with or without other parkinson agents: initial, 0.5 mg orally once daily; may increase to 1 mg orally once daily based on clinical response; do not exceed 1 mg/day.
Adverse effect:
Common:
Monotherapy: flu syndrome, arthralgia, depression, dyspepsia Used as adjunct without levodopa: peripheral edema, fall, arthralgia, cough, and insomnia
Used as adjunct to levodopa: dyskinesia, accidental injury, weight loss, postural hypotension, vomiting, anorexia, arthralgia, abdominal pain, nausea, constipation, dry mouth, rash, abnormal dreams, fall, and tenosynovitis.
