IRHO1 “Rho(D) Immune Globulin injection”1500 IU/syringe

適應症:預防因配偶間Rh因子不同而導致之流產及初生兒夭折。

Usual dose:

Postpartum prophylaxis: IM, 1 vial into post-partum mother.

Antenatal prophylaxis: IM 1 vial at 28 wks gestation, followed by 1 more dose within 72 h postpartum if infant is Rh(+).

Dose adjustment:

Hemoglobin < 10 g/dL: ITP, IV 125-200 IU/kg.

Contradiction:

IgA deficiency; potential for IgA antibody development and anaphylactic reactions.

Infants; do not administer to infants when used for the suppression of Rh isoimmunization.

Adverse effect:

Common: injection site pain, nausea, decreased hemoglobin, extravascular hemolysis (mild), backache, dizziness, headache, malaise.

Serious: intravascular hemolysis, anaphylaxis, acute renal failure.
