Neurologic Drugs : Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)

ORILU1 “Rilutek tablet” 50 mg/tab

適應症：肌萎縮脊髓側索硬化症。

Usual dose: 50 mg q12h.

Dose adjustment:

Hepatic impairment: dosing adjustment should be considered.

Adverse effect:

Abdominal pain, anorexia, diarrhea ,arthralgia, asthenia ,circumoral paresthesia, dizziness, somnolence, vertigo.

健保使用規範：(87/4/1、92/11/1、95/4/1)

1.經兩位神經科專科醫師診斷為運動神經元疾病 (ALS/MND)，且未氣管切開或使用人工呼吸器之病人。

2.遺傳性運動神經元萎縮症（如spinal muscular atrophy等），幼年性遠端肢體萎縮症（如segmental or focal motor neuron disease等），感染性神經元疾病（如polio等）不適用。
