Neurologic Drugs : Anesthesia
IESME1 “Esmeron injection” 10 mg/ml; 5 ml/vial
適應症：本品作全身麻醉的輔佐藥，以幫助氣管內插管及提供中度及長時間手術時的骨骼肌鬆弛狀態。
Precaution:
Administration must be accompanied by adequate anesthesia or sedation.
Myasthenia gravis or Eaton-Lambert syndrome.
Do not mix with alkaline solutions in the same syringe or administer simultaneously during intravenous infusion through the same needle.
Respiratory and/or metabolic acidosis.
Significant hepatic disease.
Some antibiotics (eg, aminoglycosides, vancomycin, tetracyclines, bacitracin, polymyxins, colistin, sodium colistimethate) enhance neuromuscular blocking action.
Adverse effect:
Common: injection site pain.
Serious: cardiac dysrhythmia, hypertension, hypotension, tachyarrhythmia, anaphylaxis.
健保使用規範：(91/2/1、100/7/1)
1.限使用人工呼吸器治療之血液動力學不穩定之重症病患，且具有下述情形者(100/7/1)：(1)心臟功能不穩定者；(2)心搏過速可能惡化者。
2.每次使用以不超過七十二小時為原則。
3.不得作為例行性使用。
