Respiratory Tract Drugs: Bronchodilators
OVENT2 “Ventolin tablet” 2 mg/tab
適應症：支氣管氣喘、慢性支氣管炎、氣腫。
Usual dose:
Adult (> 12 yrs): 2-4 mg tid-qid; max. 8 mg qid.
Pediatric
(2-6 yrs): initial 0.1 mg/kg/dose tid and should < 2 mg/dose; may increase to 0.2 mg/kg/dose tid to a max. 4 mg tid.
(6-12 yrs): initial, 2 mg tid-qid, may increase to a max. 6 mg qid.
Adverse effect:
Fine tremor of skeletal muscle, headache, mouth and throat irritations.
