Neurologic Drugs : Parkinsonism
OPARK1 “Parkryl tablet” 5 mg/tab
適應症：帕金森氏症之輔助治療劑。
Usual dose:
Parkinson’s disease, adjunct:
Adult: 5 mg bid (with breakfast and lunch); max. 10 mg/day.
Contraindication:
Concomitant use of meperidine; increased risk of serious adverse effects (e.g., severe hypertension or hypotension, malignant hyperpyrexia, coma, death).
Adverse effect:
Common: abdominal pain, nausea, oral irritation, dizziness, headache, insomnia, hallucinations.
