OSENN1 “Sennapur tablet”12.5 mg/tab
OTHRO1 “Through FC tablet” 20 mg/tab
適應症：暫時緩解便秘。
Usual dose:
Adult: 15 -17 mg hs, max. 34 -50 mg bid.
Pediatric
( 2 -6 yrs): 4.3 mg hs, max. of 8.6 mg bid.
( 6-12 yrs): 8.5-15 mg hs, max. of 17-25 mg bid.
Contraindication:
Acute surgical abdomen, bowel obstruction, fecal impaction, p’ts with nausea, vomiting, or other symptoms of appendicitis, undiagnosed abdominal pain.
Adverse effect:
Abdominal pain, gripping, diarrhea, nausea, and perianal irritation, electrolyte abnormabilities, fluid imbalance.
