Psychopharmacologic Drugs : Affective Disorders
OZOLO1 “Zoloft FC tablet” 50 mg/tab
適應症：鬱症、強迫症、恐慌症、創傷後壓力症候群（PTSD）、社交恐懼症、及經前不悅症（PMDD Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder）。
Usual dose:
Major depressive disorder:
Adult: 50 mg/day as a single dose in the morning or the evening; dosage may be increased at intervals of≧1 wk to a max. 200 mg/day.
Panic disorder, Social phobia:
Adult: 25 mg/day for 1 wk, then increase to 50 mg/day; increased at intervals of≧1 wk to a max. 200 mg/day.
Pediatric
(6-12 yrs): 25 mg/day, max. 200 mg/day.
(13-17 yrs): 50mg/day, max. 200mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Liver disease: lower or less frequent doses should be used.
Geriatric: clearance is reduced; use lower initial dosages and adjust dosages at 2-3 wk intervals.
Contraindication:
Concomitant use of disulfiram; oral concentrate contains alcohol, (MAOIs) or pimozide.
Adverse effect:
Common: sweating symptom, constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, xerostomia, myalgia, dizziness, headache, insomnia, somnolence, tremor, disorder of vision, agitation, abnormal ejaculation, reduced libido.
Serious: bleeding, abnormal, hyponatremia, seizure, depression, worsening, hypomania, mania, suicidal thoughts, suicide.
