適應症：
ISODB1：制酸劑、一般酸中毒性疾患。
IROLI1：酸性中毒疾患、溼疹、蕁麻疹等皮膚疾患、胰島素休克之緩和、孕吐、暈車、大腸菌性尿路疾患、防止由葡萄糖注射液等引起之體液酸化。
OSODI2：代謝性酸中毒之鹼化劑。
Usual dose:
Metabolic acidosis: IV
Adult: 2-5 mEq/kg administered over a period of 4-8 h.
Acidosis associated with chronic renal failure:
Adult: initially, 20-36 mEq/day in divided doses.
Alkalization of urine:
Adult: initially, 48 mEq, then 12-24 mEq q4h.
Pediatric: 1-10 mEq/kg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Cases of lactic acidosis associated with a pH < 6.8 may benefit from a continuous infusion of about 400 mEq over 4-6 h until the pH reaches 7.2, then the infusion should be stopped to avoid overshooting and causing metabolic alkalosis.
