適應症：治療人類免疫缺乏病毒(HIV)感染。
Usual dose:
HIV infection, In combination with other antiretrovirals:
Adult (< 60 kg): 30 mg q12h; (≧ 60 kg): 40 mg q12h.
Pediatric
(birth-13 days): 0.5 mg/kg/dose q12h.
(< 30 kg): 1 mg/kg/dose q12h.
(30-60 kg): 30 mg q12h.
(≧ 60 kg): 40 mg q12h.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure
(< 60 kg, CrCl 26-50 ml/min): 15 mg q12h.
(< 60 kg, CrCl 10-25 ml/min): 15 mg q24h.
(≧ 60kg, CrCl 26-50 ml/min): 20 mg q12h.
(≧ 60kg, CrCl 10-25 ml/min): 20 mg q24h.
Adverse effect:
Common: rash, lipodystrophy, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, headache, peripheral neuropathy.
Serious:lactic acidosis, pancreatitis, hepatomegaly, steatosis of liver, muscle weakness.
