Anti-infective Agents : Antiviral Agents
OVIRE1 “Viread tablet” 300 mg/tab
適應症：Viread適用於與其他抗反轉錄病毒藥物合併使用於成人HIV-1感染之治療。用於治療具有病毒複製及活動性肝臟發炎證據的成人慢性B型肝炎患者。
Usual dose:
Adult: 300 mg PO qd.
Type B viral hepatitis: 300 mg PO qd.
Pediatric (≧12 yrs, and > 35 kg): 300 mg PO qd.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: CrCl > 50 mL/min, 300 mg q24h; CrCl 30-49 mL/min, 300 mg q48h; CrCl 10-29 mL/min, 300 mg q72-96h; CrCl < 10 mL/min not receiving hemodialysis, no recommendation available.
Hemodialysis: 300 mg q7d or after a total of approximately 12 h of hemodialysis; give dose after hemodialysis session.
Adverse effect:
Common: Rash (18% ), diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, asthenia.
Serious: Lactic acidosis, hepatitis B, hepatomegaly, with steatosis, immune hypersensitivity reaction, osteopenia, acute renal failure, fanconi syndrome, interstitial nephritis, nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, renal impairment, acute tubular necrosis.
