適應症：出血性食道靜脈曲張、第一型肝腎症候群。
Usual dose: IV
Adult: initial, 2 mg over 1 min; maintenance, 1-2 mg q4h for up to 24-36 h.
Contraindication: pregnancy.
Adverse effect:
Increased blood pressure, ECG changes, bradycardia, peripheral vasoconstriction, skin pallor, antidiuretic effects, metabolic acidosis, peristalsis, stool urgency, ischemic colitis, rhabdomyolysis, headache, uterine contractions, bronchial constriction.

Usual dose:
Adult: Allergic disorder: 0.75- 9 mg PO qd depending on disease being treated and patient response.
Adverse effect:
Common: Common: Hypertension, Atrophic condition of skin, Finding of skin healing, Cushing’s syndrome, Decreased body growth, At risk for infection, Cataract, Raised intraocular pressure, Depression, Euphoria, Pulmonary tuberculosis.
Serious: Cardiomyopathy, Hyperglycemia, Primary adrenocortical insufficiency, Pancreatitis, Osteoporosis, Conjunctival hemorrhage, Glaucoma.
