適應症：氣喘及支氣管痙攣。
Usual dose:
Adult (≧17 yrs): 600-1000 mg q24h or 300-500 mg q12h.
Pediatric
(12-16 yrs): 600-800 mg q24h or 300-400 mg q12h.
(9-12 yrs): 400-600 mg q24h or 200-300 mg q12h.
(6-9 yrs): 400 mg q24h or 200 mg q12h.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric: loading dose 5 mg/kg; maintenance 2 mg/kg q8h.
Adverse effect:
Common: nausea, vomiting, headache, insomnia, tremor, restlessness.
Serious: atrial fibrillation, seizure.
