適應症：自然或手術後停經引起之症狀（如潮紅、發汗、心情抑鬱、性慾降低）。
Usual dose:
Menopausal symptoms: PO, 2.5 mg/day.
Contraindication:
Breast cancer (known or suspected), estrogen-dependent neoplasms, cerebrovascular disease, history of stroke, coronary artery disease, thromboembolic disorders, history of cholestatic jaundice, hepatic tumors (benign or malignant) abnormal vaginal bleeding.
Adverse effect:
Change body weight, dizziness, seborrhoeic dermatosis, vaginal bleeding, headache, GI upset, changes in liver parameters, increased facial hair growth, pretibial edema.
