Ophthalmic Preparations : Ocular Anti-infective and Anti-inflammatory Agents
ECLEO1 “Cleo eye drop” 3 mg/ml; 3.5 ml/bot
ETOBR5 “Tobraex oph. solution” 3 mg/ml; 5 ml/bot
適應症：眼睛感染及眼附屬器官的感染，對於ㄧ般抗生素具抗性的細菌感染症。
Usual dose:
Mild to moderate disease:1-2 drops q4h.
Severe infections: 2 drops q1h.
Contraindication:
Epithelial herpes simplex keratitis (dendritic keratitis), vaccinia, varicella, or other viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva, mycobacterial infection of the eye, fungal disease of ocular structures.
Precaution:
Acute purulent conditions of the eye, steroids may mask infection or enhance existing infection, thinning of the sclera or cornea.
Adverse effect: itching, swelling, conjunctival erythema.
