IHYCA1 “Hycamtin injection” 4 mg/vial
OHYCA2 “Hycamtin capsule” 1mg/cap.
適應症：
IHYCA1：卵巢癌及小細胞肺癌之第二線化學治療（第一線化療應包括白金化合物）Hycamtin與cisplatin併用適用於治療經組織學檢查確定患有第IV-B期復發性或持續性子宮頸癌，且不適合以外科手術及（或）放射療法進行治療的患者。
OHYCA2：復發性小細胞肺癌。
Usual dose:
Ovarian cancer & small cell lung cancer: IV. infusion over 30 min, 1.5 mg/m2/day on day1~day5, every 3 wks.
Small cell carcinoma of lung, After failure of first-line therapy: 2.3 mg/m(2)/day PO days 1-5; repeat q21days; round calculated dose to the nearest 0.25 mg capsule and keep the same daily dose each day of treatment.
Adverse effect:
Common: Alopecia, rash,abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, nausea,stomatitis,vomiting,anemia, leukopenia, ,neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, asthenia, headache, pain, cough, dyspnea, fatigue, fever.
Serious: Severe diarrhea, anemia (Grade 3/4), febrile
