OMESY1 “Mesyrel tablet” 50 mg/tab
適應症：治療各種型態之抑鬱症。
Usual dose:
Depression: (Outp’ts) 150 mg/day in divided doses; may increase dosage by 50 mg/day q3-4d; max. 400 mg/day; (Inp’ts) max. 600 mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric: lower and/or less frequent doses should be used.
Adverse effect:
Common: sweating symptom, weight change finding, constipation, diarrhea, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, xerostomia, dizziness, headache, insomnia, lethargy, memory impairment, somnolence, blurred vision.
Serious: cardiac dysrhythmia, hypertension, hypotension, hemolytic anemia, leukocytosis, methemoglobinemia, seizure, depression worsening, suicidal thoughts, suicide, priapism.
