IUROK2 “Urokinase injection”
Each vial contains albumin serum human 40 mg, purified urokinase solution 60,000 IU; 60,000 IU/vial
適應症：急性冠狀動脈栓塞、清潔靜脈導管、急性肺栓塞。末梢動脈、靜脈栓塞症。
Usual dose:
Myocardial infarction: IF, 6000 IU/min infused into the occluded coronary artery for up to 2 h.
Pulmonary embolism: IF, loading dose, 4400 IU/kg IV over 10 min (90 ml/h), continuous infusion, 4400 IU/kg/h IV for 12 h (15 ml/h), flush line at end of infusion.
Occluded catheter: 5000 IU instilled into occluded catheter, up to 2 doses may be used.
Contraindication:
Active internal bleeding, severe uncontrolled hypertension, arteriovenous malformation, aneurysm known bleeding diathesis, history of cerebrovascular accident; recent intracranial, intraspinal surgery, trauma intracranial neoplasm.
Adverse effect:
Common: decreased hematocrit.
Serious: anaphylaxis, infusion reaction (fever, chills, rigors, dyspnea, tachycardia, hypotension, acidosis, back pain, nausea, vomiting) reperfusion ventricular rrhythmias, chest pain, vascular embolization sig nificant bleeding.
