Cardiovascular – Renal Drugs : Antihypertensive : Angiotensin II Antagonist (ARB)
ODIOV3 “Diovan FC tablet” 160 mg/tab
適應症：高血壓、心衰竭（NYHA 二到四級）。心肌梗塞後左心室功能異常。
Usual dose:
Heart failure:
Adult: initial, 40 mg bid; maintenance, 80-160 mg bid, max. 320mg/day.
Hypertension:
Adult: initial, 80-160 mg qd; maintenance, 80-320 mg qd.
Pediatric: initial, 1.3 mg/kg qd, max. 40 mg/day; maintenance, up to 2.7 mg/kg qd; max. 160 mg/day.
Myocardial infarction:
Adult: as early as 12 h post myocardial infarction; initial, 20 mg bid; may be increased within 7 days to 40 mg bid; maintenance, 160 mg bid, reduce dosage if symptomatic hypotension or renal dysfunction occurs.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypotension, dizziness, headache, cough, fatigue.
Serious: acute renal failure, angioedema (face, lips, throat).
