Nutritional Agents : Vitamins
IVITK2 “Vitamin K1 injection” 10 mg/ml; 1ml/amp
適應症：低凝血酶元血症、新生兒之出血症狀、手術時之過多出血之預防及治療、維生素Ｋ吸收之障礙及缺乏維生素Ｋ所引起之諸症。
Usual dose:
Acquired hypoprothrombinemia; drug action reversal, Anticoagulant:
Adult: 2.5-25 mg IV/SC (rarely up to 50 mg); if prothrombin time is not satisfactory within 6-8 h, repeat dose.
Hemorrhage of newborn: 1 mg SC/IM.
Hemorrhage of newborn; prophylaxis: (term infants and pretern infants > 1 kg at birth): 0.5-1 mg IM within 1 h of birth.
Hemorrhage of newborn; prophylaxis: (preterm infants < 1 kg at birth): 0.3 mg/kg IM.
Precaution: liver disease, severe reactions, including fatalities, have occurred with IV and IM administration.
Adverse effect:
Common: skin reaction- finding (IM use).
Serious: anaphylaxis (IV and IM use).
