OVYTO1 “Vytorin tablet”
Each tablet contains ezetimibe 10 mg, simvastatin 20 mg
適應症：原發性高膽固醇血症，同型接合子家族性高膽固醇血症（HOFH）。
Usual dose:
Primary hypercholesterolemia: initial, 10/20 mg/day PO.
Dose adjustment:
Not recommended for p’ts with moderate to severe hepatic impairment.
Contraindiction:
Active liver disease or unexplained persistent elevations in serum transaminases; pregnancy; lactation.
Precaution: unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness should be reported promptly, discontinue therapy in any p’t in whom myopathy is diagnosed or suspected.
Adverse effect:
Common: myalgia, headache, upper respiratory infection, influenza
Serious: hepatitis, liver function tests abnormal, anaphylaxis, angioedema, drug-induced myopathy, rhabdomyolysis.
