OSOTA1 “Sotalon tablet” 10 mg/tab
適應症：治療難以入睡之失眠病人，僅適用於嚴重，病人功能障礙或遭受極度壓力之失眠症患者。
Usual dose:
Insomnia, Short-term: 10 mg PO hs; dose range, 5-20 mg/day hs.
Dose adjustment:
Debilitated patients: 5 mg PO hs, may increase as needed and tolerated to a max dose of 10 mg.
Geriatrics: 5 mg PO hs, may increase as needed and tolerated to a max dose of 10 mg
Liver disease (mild to moderate): 5 mg PO hs
Liver disease (severe): not recommended.
Precaution: abnormal thinking and behavioral changes (eg, agitation, hallucinations, depersonalization) ; complex sleep-related behaviors; possibility of patients performing activities while asleep, with no memory afterwards; compromised respiratory function; risk of depression of the respiratory drive.
Adverse effect:
Common: dizziness, headache.
Serious: anaphylaxis (rare), drug withdrawal seizure (rare), abnormal behavior, complex mannerisms – behavior, depression (at least 1% ), suicidal behavior, suicidal thoughts, angioedema.
健保使用規範：
1.同zolpidem。
2.本藥品用於治療難以入睡之失眠病人，僅適用於嚴重，病人功能障礙或遭受極度壓力之失眠症患者，用於65歲以上病患時，起始劑量為每日5mg。(98/1/1、98/10/1)
