OZIAG1 “Ziagen tablet” 300 mg/tab
適應症：用於抗反轉錄病毒組合療法，以治療成人及兒童之人類免疫缺乏病毒(HIV)感染。
Usual dose:
HIV infection, combine with other antiretroviral agents:
Adult: 300 mg bid or 600 mg qd.
Pediatric (3 mon-16 yrs): 8 mg/kg bid, max. 300 mg bid.
Dose adjustment:
Hepatic failure: (Child-Pugh score 5 to 6) 200 mg bid.
Adverse effect:
Common: diarrhea, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, headache, fatigue.
Serious: lactic acidosis, hepatomegaly, steatosis of liver, hypersensitivity reaction.
