OAGGR1 “Aggrenox MR capsule”
Each capsule contains dipyridamole 200 mg, acetylsalicylic acid 25 mg
適應症：用於曾因血栓引起腦部短暫缺血或完全缺血中風病人、減少中風之再復發。
Usual dose:
Thromboembolic stroke, Recurrent; Prophylaxis: PO
Adult: 1 cap bid in the morning and evening.
Dose adjustment:
Intolerable headaches: 1 cap hs and 1 low-dose aspirin in the morning; return to usual regimen as soon as possible, usually within a wk.
Contraindication:
Pediatric and teenagers with viral infections (Reye’s syndrome ); allergic-type reactions, including asthma or urticaria, to nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agents, syndrome of asthma, rhinitis, and nasal polyps.
Precaution:
Avoid in p’ts with severe hepatic insufficiency, gastrointestinal symptoms, peptic ulcer disease.
Adverse effect:
Common: abdominal pain, diarrhea, indigestion, bleeding, blood coagulation disorder with prolonged bleeding time, arthralgia, headache.
Serious: stevens-johnson syndrome, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, gastrointestinal perforation, gastrointestinal ulcer, intracranial hemorrhage, angioedema, reye’s syndrome.
