OREYA1 “Reyataz capsule” 150 mg/cap
OREYA2 “Reyataz capsule” 200 mg/cap
適應症：治療受HIV感染的患者。
Usual dose:
HIV infection-treament naive: 400 mg qd.
HIV infection-treatment experienced: atazanavir 300mg and ritonavir 100 mg qd.
HIV infection, coadministration with efavirenz: atazanavir 300 mg and ritonavir 100 mg and efavirenz 600 mg qd.
Dose adjustment:
Hepatic failure: (Child-Pugh Class B) 300 mg qd.
Hemodialysis: treatment-naive p’ts, 300 mg with ritonavir 100 mg qd; treatment-experienced p’ts on hemodialysis should not receive atazanavir.
Adverse effect:
Headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea.
