ODOST1 “Dostinex tablet” 0.5 mg/tab
適應症：防止及抑制產後乳汁分泌，或治療高乳促素血症引起之狀況。
Usual dose: PO, with meal.
Hyperprolactinemia: 0.25mg twice weekly; the dose may be increased by 0.25mg twice weekly up to a max. of 1 mg twice weekly.
健保使用規範：限用於高乳促素血症引起之狀況，如用於產後正常性泌乳之抑制，不予給付（91/6/1）。
