適應症：葡萄球菌，鏈球菌，肺炎雙球菌，腦膜炎球菌等引起的感染症。
Usual dose: IV
Adult: 1-2 gm q6-12h.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: CrCl 50-90 ml/min, 1-2 gm q12h; CrCl 30-49 ml/min, 1-2 gm q16h; CrCl 10-29 ml/min, 1-2 gm q24h.
Adverse effect: rash, diarrhea, nausea.
