ICETI1 “Ceticin powder for injection” 1 gm/vial
適應症：葡萄球菌、鏈球菌、肺炎雙球菌、腦膜炎球菌及其他具有感受性細菌引起之感染症。。
Usual dose: IM/IV
Adult: 1-2 g q8-12h, max. 12 g/day.
Pediatric(6 months of age and older): 50 mg/kg IV every 6 to 8 hours; maximum 12 g/day; depending on type and severity of infection.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: CrCl 50 to 79 mL/min, 0.5 to 1.5 g every 8 hours; CrCl 5 to 49 mL/min, 0.25 to 1 g every 12 hours; CrCl less than 5 mL/min, 0.5 to 1 g every 48 hours or 250 to 500 mg every 24 hours.
Adverse effect:
Common: injection site pain, pruritus, rash, increased liver enzymes, transient fever.
