OCEFL1 “Ceflour FC tablet” 250 mg/tab
適應症：對廣範圍的革蘭氏陽性及革蘭氏陰性細菌有效，適用於治療對cefuroxime敏感的細菌所引起的上、下呼吸道、生殖泌尿道、皮膚、軟組織及淋病等感染症。
Usual dose:
Adult: PO 125-500 mg bid; IV/IM, usual dosage range: 0.75-1.5 g q6-8h.
Pediatric: PO 125-250 mg bid; IV/IM, 75-150 mg/kg/day divided equally q6-8h; max. 9 g/day.
(neonates): 20-100 mg/kg/day IV/IM divided q12h.
Meningitis: IV/IM
Adult: max. 3 g q8h.
Pediatric: IV/IM, 200-240 mg/kg/day divided equally q6-8h.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: CrCl 10-20 ml/min: 750 mg q12h; CrCl < 10 ml/min: 750 mg q24h.
Hemodialysis: a supplemental dose should be given after hemodialysis.
Adverse effect:
Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, increased liver enzymes (transient); injection site reaction, diarrhea (injection), nausea (injection).
健保使用規範：用於1.急性化膿性中耳炎或急性化膿性鼻竇炎；2.急性下呼吸道感染；3.敗血症等適應症。得免附細菌敏感試驗報告，惟以10日為限。
