ICEFU1 “Cefuroxime injection” 750 mg/vial
適應症：葡萄球菌、鏈球菌、肺炎雙球菌、腦膜炎球菌，及其他具有感受性細菌引起之感染症。
Usual dose:
Meningitis: IV/IM
Adult: max. 3 g q8h.
Pediatric: 200-240 mg/kg/day divided equally q6-8h; max. 9 g/day.
(neonates): 20-100 mg/kg/day IV divided q12h.
Usual dosage range: IV/IM
Adult: 0.75-1.5 g q6-8h.
Pediatric (≧3 mon): 50-100 mg/kg/day divided q6-8h.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: CrCl 10-20 ml/min, 750 mg q12h; CrCl < 10 ml/min 750 mg q24h.
Hemodialysis: a supplemental dose should be given after hemodialysis.
Adverse effect: injection site reaction, diarrhea, nausea.
