Dermatological Preparations : Steroids
TCLOB3 “Cloba cream” 0.5 mg/gm; 5 gm/tube
適應症：輕度溼疹、脂漏性皮炎、其他對類固醇有反應的皮膚疾患。
Usual dose:
Disease of skin, corticosteroid responsive: Topical, tid, not to exceed 2 wks; max. dose 50g/wk.
Scalp psoriasis (moderate to severe): Topical, qd onto dry scalp in a thin film to affected areas only; leave in place 15 min before lathering and rinsing; total dose max. 50 ml/wk.
Adverse effect:
Common: pruritus, stinging of skin, headache, burning sensation, irritation symptom.
Serious: secondary hypocortisolism.
