適應症:對於慢性狹心症之治療可能有效。
Usual dose:
Thromboembolism prophylaxis in cardiac valve replacement:
Adult: 75-100 mg qid as an adjunct to warfarin therapy.
Radionuclide myocardial perfusion study:
Adult: 0.142 mg/kg/min IV for 4 min (0.57 mg/kg total) prior to thallium; max 60 mg.
Adverse effect:
Common: abdominal distress, dizziness, ECG changes, headache, hypotension, nausea.
Serious: bronchospasm, exacerbation of angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, ventricular arrhythmia.
Contraindication:
hypersensitivity to dipyridamole or any other product component.
Precautions:
Unstable angina history; may be at greater risk for severe myocardial ischemia. (IV)
