Anti-infective Agents : Tetracyclines
ODOXY2 “Doxycycline capsele” 100 mg/cap
適應症：革蘭氏陽性菌及革蘭氏陰性菌引起的感染症，如肺炎，及其他呼吸道感染、耳鼻喉科感染、急慢性生殖泌尿道感染、軟組織感染、囊腫性痤瘡、產科感染。
Usual dose:
Adult & Pediatric (> 8 yrs or > 45 kg): 100 mg q12h.
Pediatric
(< 8 yrs or < 45 kg): 2.2 mg/kg q12h.
(< 8 yrs or > 45 kg): 4.4 mg/kg in 1-2 divided doses on day 1 then 2.2-4.4 mg/kg/day in 1-2 divided doses.
Contraindication:
Last half of pregnancy, infancy, and childhood up to 8 yrs of age (except anthrax).
Adverse effect:
Common: photosensitivity, drug-induced gastrointestinal disturbance, Serum blood urea nitrogen raised.
Serious: bulging fontanelle.
