適應症：產褥期之出血、流產後之出血、分娩時之子宮弛緩出血、不正常出血、分娩第三期陣痛微弱。
Usual dose:
Abortion complicated by delayed and/or excessive hemorrhage, Postpartum hemorrhage: PO
0.2-0.4 mg q6-12h until danger of uterine atony has passed (usually 48 h).
Contraindication:
Induction of labor, threatened spontaneous abortion.
Precaution:
Not recommended for routine use prior to delivery of the placenta.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypertension, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, headache, nasal congestion.
Serious: disorder of cardiovascular system, angina, MI, arrhythmia, hypertensive episode.
