適應症：
OEPRA1：憂鬱症之治療及預防復發。
OLEXA1：鬱症之治療及預防復發，恐慌症、社交焦慮症、泛焦慮症及強迫症之治療。
Usual dose:
Depression: initial, 10 mg/day single dose in the morning or evening; maintenance, 10-20 mg/day.
Generalized anxiety disorder: initial, 10 mg/day single dose in the morning or evening; maintenance, 10-20 mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric, Liver disease: 10 mg/day.
Contraindication: concomitant use of pimozide or MAOIs.
Adverse effect:
Common: diaphoresis, diarrhea, nausea, sleep disorder, somnolence or insomnia, disorder of ejaculation, impotence, fatigue.
Serious: syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, depression, worsening, suicidal thoughts, suicide.
