Hematological Agents : Deficiency Anemia
IFEBA1 “Fe-Back injection” 400 mg/ml;5 ml/amp
ISUCR1 “Sucrofer injection” 20 mg/ml; 5 ml/amp
適應症：急、慢性失血、貧血、手術後鐵質缺乏症。
Usual dose:
Iron deficiency anemia: 1st day 2.5 ml (50 mg), 2nd day 5 ml (100 mg), 3rd day 10 ml (200 mg); max. 10 ml/day; followed by 10 ml (200 mg) biw depending on hemoglobin level.
Contraindication:
Severe hepatorenal impairment; p’ts with evidence of iron overload, or malfunction on iron metabolism.
Precaution:
Do not mix with other parenteral preparations.
Adverse effect:
Common: anaphylactoid reactions, itching, discomfort.
Serious: thrombocytopenia, loss of consciousness, seizure, dyspnea, collapse.
