I5FU1 “5-Fu injection” 50 mg/ml; 20 ml/vial

適應症:消化器癌(如胃癌、直腸癌、結腸癌)、肺癌、乳癌病狀之緩解。

Usual dose:

Metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma: IF 24 h, leucovorin 200-500 mg/m2/day and with IV 5-FU 2100-2600 mg/m2/day weekly. High dose therapy: IV infusion 24 h, 2100 mg/m2/wk.

Breast, Stomach, Liver, Pancreas, Head, Nech, Esophagus, Bladder Cancer: IV 500 gm/m2/day 1-5 days q4w or 450-600 gm/m2/wk.

Precaution:

Discontinue upon development of stomatitis, esophagopharyngitis, neutropenia (WBC < 3500 or rapidly declining), thrombocytopenia (< 100,000), severe N/V, or bleeding; max. 800 mg/day (400 mg in poor risk p’ts).

Adverse effect:

Common: alopecia, photosensitivity, pruritic maculopapular rash, anorexia, N/V, diarrhea, esophagopharyngitis, stomatitis, headache.

Serious: angina, coronary arteriosclerosis, thrombophlebitis, gastrointestinal ulcer, bleeding, myelosuppression, anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anaphylaxis, immune hypersensitivity reaction, acute cerebellar syndrome, nystagmus, eye/vision finding, finding of lacrimation, light intolerance, stenosis of lacrimal system.
