OUFUR1 “Ufur capsule”
Each capsule contains tegafur 100 mg, uracil 224 mg
適應症：胃癌、大腸癌、乳癌、結腸癌、頭頸部麟狀上皮癌，與cisplatin併用治療轉移及末期肺癌。
Usual dose:
Adult: 300-350 mg/m2, max. 1200 mg/day.
Adverse effect:
Common: N/V, diarrhea, constipation, anemia, anorexia.
Serious: neutropenia, severe hepatopathy, dehydration, severe enteritis.
