OGEST1 “Gestrin capsule” 2.5 mg/cap
適應症：子宮內膜異位。
Usual dose:
Adult: 2 cap/wk. Initial dose must be taken on day 1 of the menstrual cycle, 2nd dose on day 4. Continue treatment for 6 mon.
Contradiction:
Pregnancy, lactation; severe cardiac, renal or hepatic insufficiency; metabolic and/or vascular disorders during previous oestrogen and/or progestogen therapy.
Adverse effect:
Spotting, mild acne, oily skin, fluid retention, weight gain; hirsutism, voice changes. Transient increases in liver transaminases, headache, GI disturbances, libido changes, hot flushes, breast size reduction, nervousness, depression, cramp and appetite changes, arthralgia and isolated cases of benign intra-cranial hypertension.
