適應症：肝臟、循環機能診斷用藥。
Usual dose: for liver function tests
For determination of plasma elimination and blood retention rates: It should be diluted at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg of indocyanine green with water for injection to make a 5 mg/mL solution. The solution should be injected intravenously at a slow rate via the cubital vein within 30 seconds while closely monitoring the patient’s condition.
For determination of hepatic blood flow: It should be dissolved at a dose of 25 mg of indocyanine green with water for injection in a small amount as possible and then diluted with physiological saline to make a 2.5- to 5 mg/mL solution. The solution at an amount equivalent to that containing 3 mg of indocyanine green should be injected intravenously. The solution should then be injected via drip infusion at a constant rate between 0.27 and 0.49 mg/min for approximately 50 min until completion of blood sampling.
Adverse effect:
Anaphylactic or urticarial reactions, shock, nausea and vomiting, pain of vascular, febrile reaction.
