Anti-infective Agents : Antituberculosis Agents
OISON2 “Isoniazid tablet” 100 mg/tab
適應症：肺結核、喉頭結核、腸結核、膀胱結核、皮膚結核、結核性髓膜炎、結核性膿胸、腎臟結核。
Usual dose:
Adult: 5 mg/kg qd, max. 300 mg/day or 15 mg/kg 2-3 times/wk, max. 900 mg/dose.
Pediatric: 10-15 mg/kg qd, max. 300 mg/day or 20-40 mg/kg 2-3 times/wk, max. 900 mg/dose.
Dose adjustment:
Hepatic failure: lower doses may be necessary or withhold therapy in acute hepatic disease.
Contraindication:
Acute liver disease, previous isoniazid-associated hepatitis.
Adverse effect:
Common: urticaria, hepatotoxicity, peripheral neuropathy.
Serious: agranulocytosis, anemia, systemic lupus erythematosus, seizure.
