Relief of Pain and Inflammation : Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Agents (NSAID)
IKETO9 “Ketoprofen injection” 25 mg/ml; 2 ml/amp
適應症：消炎、鎮痛、解熱（風濕性關節炎、強硬性脊椎炎、痛風、骨關節炎）
Usual dose: IM, 50-75 mg, qd-bid.
Osteoarthritis: 100-200 mg PO qd.
Pain: mild to moderate, 25-50 mg PO q6-8h as needed, max. 300 mg/day; for over-the-counter dosing, do not take > 10 days unless directed by a physician.
Dose adjustment: CrCl < 20 ml/min need to adjust dose.
Precaution: See Flurbiprofen.
Adverse effect:
Common: edema, rash, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, tinnitus.
Serious: congestive heart failure, hypertension, myocardial infarction, thrombotic tendency observations, scaling eczema, stevens-Johnson syndrome, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, gastrointestinal perforation, inflammatory disorder of digestive tract, melena, agranulocytosis, anemia, thrombocytopenic disorder, hepatitis, increased liver function test, jaundice, liver failure, allergic reaction, anaphylactoid reaction, cerebrovascular accident, impaired renal function disorder, interstitial nephritis, renal failure, bronchospasm.
健保使用規範：注射劑使用規範(88/12/1、97/7/1)
(1)限不能口服，且不能使用肛門栓劑之病患使用。
(2)本類藥品不可作為急性上呼吸道感染之例行或長期使用。
(3)使用本類藥品，每次不可連續超過五天。
