OLACI1 “Lacipil FC tablet” 4 mg/tab
OLESY1 “Lesyn FC tablet” 4 mg/tab
適應症：高血壓。
Usual dose:
Hypertension: PO, 2-8 mg qd.
Dose adjustment:
Hepatic Insufficiency: doses of 2 mg qd be administered to hypertensive p’ts with hepatic insufficiency; dose increases to 4 mg qd may be needed in some p’ts.
Contraindication: advanced aortic stenosis.
Precaution:
Liver impairment, combination therapy with beta-blockers (with left ventricular dysfunction), congestive heart failure.
Adverse effect:
Peripheral edema, flushing, reflex tachycardia, palpitations, rash, dizziness, headache.
